“Ask the Attorney” on KDKA Radio

"As many as 98,000 Americans die and one million more are injured every year as a result of preventable medical errors." - Harvard Institute of Medicine

In an instant a personal injury can change a life forever. An injury can affect your ability to work or earn an income. In some cases, injuries result in the need for life long medical care. Tragically, a personal injury may cause the death of a loved one. Victims of medical malpractice are often left with many unanswered questions concerning their medical care or the care of a family member. All patients have the right to have their questions answered thoroughly and credibly.

"Ask the Attorney" is an informational talk show that seeks to empower and educate you about your legal rights.

Every Saturday we discuss the medical legal topics of the day as reported that week in the local and national newspapers, magazines, internet web sites and television programs. Subjects routinely covered include surgical misadventures, medication errors, misdiagnosis of medical conditions, defective drugs, birth injuries and general issues concerning all types of personal injuries. Questions concerning automobile accidents, insurance coverage, premises liability, defective products, highway design and a wide range of topics are answered.

Listeners are welcome to call the program and ask the host any questions they may have concerning personal injury or the medical care they received. Callers are often provided the information they need to decide whether or not a legal action should be pursued or further investigated.
